Thank you for contacting AARP Foundation Tax-Aide and registering to begin preparing your tax return. Below you will find the following forms which can be filled out prior to your tax session or help you to organize your documents:
Please remember to include Photo IDs for all taxpayers, Social Security cards for all taxpayers and dependents, drivers licenses for all taxpayers,
last years return, and banking information, if you request direct deposit.

Anything that can be filled out before your session will ensure the most efficient use of time. Please open all envelopes and organize your documents prior to your session appointment. Before you are assigned to a Counselor, a Greeter will assist you in organizing your documents and checking that all relevant information has been provided. After a Counselor has completed your return, a Quality Reviewer will double check your data and review the tax return with you. After you have signed off on your return, a printed copy will be provided. All of our returns are e-filed.
